Dion Varvarikos
Dion’s experience in the world of real estate dates back nearly 17 years, when at 20 years his father traded him a piece of land that he owned as payment for a part time job at his medical practice. That was his first experience owning a piece of real estate, but it was not his last. Over the next 10 years he purchased two other properties. One he flipped and the other he owns to this day as a revenue property. The experience he garnered over the years is backed by a bachelor’s degree in finance and 5 years of experience as a mortgage specialist working at the National Bank of Canada. When it comes to investing in real estate, He follows a value-based approach, looking for properties that provide the best long-term return and can provide you with a steady cash flow. He constantly searches the market for deals, just like an old man cutting out coupons from a weekly flyer. That’s what drives him in becoming the best broker. His analytical skills allow him to negotiate for the best possible price, and in case there is a question he cannot answer immediately, he will find the answer within a short delay.

Mark is a storyteller, an entrepreneur, a father of 3, a creator, and a contributor to his community, both small and large. Krysta Gledhow
Krysta, a powerhouse of real estate knowledge and her training and experience prior to becoming a broker, always on the edge of the real estate sector, BA Interior Decoration, Residential & Commercial Drafting. This education was put to use in Customized Cabinetry Design firm, and Government Agencies for electrical and mechanical systems as well as Electrical Contractor.

Krysta’s soft spoken communication skills are strengthened by her ability to thoughtfully listen to her clients – understand their desired objectives and to counsel them to a position of strength.
